Arya Gaduh is an Associate Professor in Economics and the Director of the Master of Science in Economic Analytics Program in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. He is a National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) research associate, an Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) affiliate and a faculty fellow of the Association for Analytic Learning about Islam and Muslim Societies (AALIMS). His primary research interest is in development and urban economics. Dr. Gaduh has been a consultant for the World Bank, RAND Corporation, and the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K) of the Indonesian government. His research has been accepted or published in journals such as the American Economic Review, American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, and the Economic Journal. Dr. Gaduh received his Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.
